What We Look For
Requirements for positions at Blue Hen Insurance may include:
- Active Property & Casualty insurance license or the ability to obtain one, depending on the position
- Ability to successfully complete a criminal background check
- Strong technology skills and the ability to learn new systems
- Goal-oriented, detail-oriented, and accountable
- Strong communication and client-service skills
- Ability to thrive in a collaborative team environment
- College degree, military service/training, insurance industry education, or other relevant professional experience preferred
