Tom has been in the insurance industry since 2005, starting as a direct agent. To better meet his clients’ needs, Tom expanded his knowledge by working across a broader scope of insurance providers, allowing him to offer more choices to his customers. As a proud Air Force veteran, Tom believes in Integrity first, and striving for Excellence when designing a client’s insurance program. He has a degree from Kent State University in Northeast, Ohio, as well as his LUTCF designation from the American College. Renee has a wealth of insurance knowledge working as a trainer & educator, as well as a senior account manager for more than 20 years. She understands the complexity and importance of comprehensive insurance plans, as well as the questions and concerns clients have. Her willingness to listen and put the client’s needs first is proven time and again. Renee has both her LUTCF and CISR designations, which aid her in helping clients mitigate life’s risks through a consultative approach to insurance. Jake started interning in the insurance community while still in high school. In 2015, he decided to make insurance his full-time career. Jake has earned the Certified Personal Risk Manager professional designation, which is the leading designation for professionals providing insurance and risk management services. Jake was born and raised in the great state of Delaware, and earned his bachelor’s degree at the University of Delaware (making him a Blue Hen in more ways than one!). Zak is an all-around jack of all trades, with a passion for knowledge and personal growth. Zak graduated from Appoquinimink High School, and continued his education at Loyola University, located in Baltimore, Maryland, where he a received his bachelor’s degree in marketing. He lived in China for more than half a year studying the language, as well as international business and culture. He gained valuable experience interning in Beijing, which has helped him transfer his unique skills toward his career at Blue Hen Insurance. Aiden has surrounded himself with the ups and downs of the financial world in many of his past years. From the ups of nice premium savings to the downs of filing claims, it’s no surprise that he ended up landing in the insurance world. Aiden graduated high school from Caravel Academy and went on to pursue an associate degree in business from Delaware Tech. While attending Caravel, Aiden played baseball throughout his high school years and has amassed more than a decade of time at the baseball fields.
